#5 out of memory on regenerate_nestedsets.pl

Whenever the cronjob reaches regenerate_nestedsets.pl it gives the above error, we tried expanding the memory from 4GB to 12GB but unfortunately this didnt help. Nothing in regenerate_nestedsets.pl is altered except the home/lib path.
