[icebox-devel] Latest IceTV changes imported.

I have imported the latest changes from IceTV source base to the icebox 
project CVS. The changes were relatively minor and occurred during the 
initial GPL source code release. The only affected component was 
ice_epg_loader.

The changes should propagate from developer CVS servers to public CVS 
servers within the next 6-8 hours.
