What is WorkLog?
It is Ice Coral module focused on evidence of device servicing. It's good for technology service teams (eg. IT administrators) who can share there information about work which they did. They don't have to remember when and what was done. It can be written into WorkLog and then if somebody needs to know something about that, searching in WorkLog is all what have to be done.
An admin Bob changes firewall rules in the evening. Next day his colleague Charlie can't open any internet web site. Charlie can spend a lot of minutes (hours) by exploring, what's wrong. But in the case when his colleague Bob writes about the configuration change to WorkLog, Charlie can open it at first and found out that firewall configuration was changed yesterday evening.
