I use gift toolbox for analyze fmri data but I have the problem about selection components.
I don't know how can I extract location component that selected in gift.

yes,I want the labels of each component and the location of each component in brain.
Actually I want Coordinates of each component.

Hi zahra,
there is an option in utilities called ''component labeller''.
It is what you need to have the labels.
