Dear all,
I have few queries regarding GIFT processing for the IC Analysis of a task based fMRI data. Preprocessing of the fMRI data was done using SPM12. A SPM design matrix for each subject was then created with information about the various conditions and realignment parameters as regressors.
After setting up ICA parameters analysis was run. Through GUI, we selected ‘Different design matrix for different subjects’ option and provided all design matrices. However we are not able to see result summary as GIFT returns the error - ‘Too many input arguments’.
We tried it on Matlab 2016a with SPM12 and SPM8. We want to do two-sample t-test on our data, which hardly seems to work. Kindly suggest ideas to overcome this obstacle.
Thanks and Regards
