Good morning,
I am a researcher at University of Genoa, Italy, in the field of neuroimaging. I am introducing to the rs-fMRI field applied to mice brain data. Specifically, I am going into details of the work Explainable fuzzy clustering framework reveals divergent default mode network connectivity dynamics in schizophrenia (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36824777/) and trying to reproduce its step applied to mice brain. In this regard, I was wondering if the Neuromark pipeline of the Group ICA of GIFT was applicable in the same way but using a mice-specific fMRI template instead of the neuromark_fMRI_1.0 template.
Moreover, I wanted also to know if the size of the tapered window can be kept at 40-second step.
Thanks in advance for your availability
Best regards
