After ICA using gift, I did one sample t-test with each subject's spatial map. But, there're too many regions left in the T-map, even though the threshold was T=9. Perhaps it's because my sample is too big (n=187).
I want to report the peak coordinates and number of voxels of ROIs in each network. T-value map showed too many regions, and these regions are contiguous. How should I report the ROIs in each network?
I tried to transfer the T-map to Z-map, and the threshold was p=0.05. Z-map is much cleaner than T-map. Could I report this result (Z-map, p=0.05) in the paper?
Thanks in advance.
Best,
Tracy
