Hi there - newbie to using GIFT. Quick question - is the file requested from SPM during temporal sorting the same as the design.mat file outputed by FSL when creating my model? Can I use that one or does it have to be in another format?

Hi Teodora,
You can use ascii2spm.mat in utilities to convert model timecourses to spm.mat file.
Thanks,
Srinivas

Hi Srinivas,
It seems the asciitospm doesn't like my design file, it outputs this error:
Unable to read MAT-file /Users/nilcamp1/Desktop/EI_ERdesign.mat. Not a binary
MAT-file. Try load -ASCII to read as text.
