#3 add link to iCAR site on pref pane

It's happened twice that I've looked at that Auto-Reply icon in iChat
prefs and cannot for the life of me remember the name of the
application that installed it. It's a bit silly, I think, that there is no
reference to the name of the actual application or where to go for
updates. This was a major headache for me when upgrading to Tiger
because the old version was crashing iChat randomly, and I couldn't
figure out how to remove or update the plugin. This is a great little
app, and I'm glad it was updated for Tiger, but I think the simple
feature of a web-link will help everyone get through the next update a
bit easier.

Also, if I may second a previous feature request, It would be
*insanely* great if there was some facility for passing the SN and
last message as parameters to AppleScript / Shell Scripts.
