#3 Set keepalive option on ICAP socket

this sets the keepalive option so that the ICAP socket
doesn't time out. I was encountering a problem where
squid would work great with icap_server for about a
day, then it wouldn't until I restarted it. This
solves that.
Discussion of the Medusa framework takes place on the
medusa-dev mailing list. I'm not sure if this could be
solved simply by using the most recent medusa or not.

    Actually, this does not have an effect. It is better to set
    the no keepalive option for the icap_service in squid's
    config file.

    asynccore is no longer part of medusa, got moved into python.
