hopefully last of my barrage of X9 issues

I'm getting this in the kernel logs:
kernel: thinkpad_acpi: ThinkPad ACPI EC access misbehaving, disabling
thermal sensors access

how concerned should I be about this?

the system is the Thinkpad X9-14, or rather:
