Hello, I bought an X60s (and bitterly regret it). Currently I run Ubunutu Feisty on it and have the following issues, maybe related to acpi-ibm? 1. F5 (wireless/bluetooth), F7, brightness up/down doesn't work. To get VGA output I have cloned my display on both GPA adapters but when I touch brightness up/down, the laptop screen goes blank and I have to restart X. Also, proc/acpi/ibm/* only partially works (so I can adjust brightness, but not enable wireless or switch video 2. Battery consumption gives me about 2 hours of work. I am reluctant to play around with undervolt if it can damage the machine. Does anybody have an idea why this is not working and is there something I can do? Regards, Pieter |
