No

I have ran this driver successfully on the (K)Ubuntu Linux OS (with the 2.6.28 kernel) but it so happens (even with the live CD) that the system freezes after a while.
The USB modem (my iBurst modem) still has lights flickering but my keyboard, mouse, CPU, etc. doesn't seem to respond.
It was so severe that it actually corrupted my XFS filesystem. I ran memory tests, all was fine. I low level formatted my drive, didn't come up with bad sectors, etc.

Unfortunately I don't have any more information to give. It should be able to be easily be reproduce-able.

    Thanks for the report.

I don't run Ubuntu at the moment, so I am hoping someone else can at least verify the problem in the next couple of days. If not, then I will have to install Ubuntu in a VM, and test things there.

    Cheers!
    Nik

    Cool.
Also, I am running the x64 bit of Linux too (probably important to mention).
You can test it via Live CD too.
Anyone found the same issue with a different Linux version but same kernel version?
