#1 Session ID lost in image map

When cookies are disabled, the session ID, which is
usually added by struts tags, is lost in the image map
of /jsp/index.jsp, because the links are hard-coded,
rather than being generated by struts tags.

This result in a lost shopping cart if one of those
link is used !

It should only affect only people browsing with cookies
disabled.
