#17 Font customize

Good Day.
I work mostly with Russian text. I not need in Localization, but
setting up custom font for data in table end exception messages
is very useful for my mind!
Where are some "STANDARD CYRILLIC" code pages in Computer
Word. Most known are CP866, CP1251(windows-1251), KOI8-R
and some other. Often system code page is `koi8-r`, but
database is `cp1251`. So in output of IBAccess I see not readble
text.
