We have been using Hylafax+ (5.2.3) since its release. I noticed that the current Hylafax version is 6.0.5 and the current version of Hylafax+ is 5.5.0. Should I continue with Hylafax + for use with Iaxmodem? Thanks.

Stick with HylaFAX+. You'd do yourself a disservice in switching to a hylafax.org release.
