#7 send fails in iaxmodem, hylafax, asterisk, smartnode setup
Sending a fax with the mentioned setup fails repeatable with error message "DIS/DTC received 3 times; DCS not recognized" (tested with 2 different destinations). According the solution in this newsgroup thread:

downgrading to iaxmodem 0.1.16 solved the problem.
Unfortunately, this bug report isn't enough to fix anything in iaxmodem or to show where the problem is, if it's not in iaxmodem.
Guessing, based on the number of 1.2.0 users that are out there, I'd suspect that the issue lies somewhere in the Patton device.
Switching from 1.2.0 to 0.1.16 is just too much of a jump for me to be able to identify any individual thing.
