I was unable to find any rpms that provide wxWidgets compiled with the =
xrc
options.

I am afraid that the only option would be to compile from source.

I may be grasping at straws here, but the 20041121 version has iLBC as =
the
default codec, and .99pre6 has speex the default.  Would you mind =
switching
your preferred codec to something else, and trying again?
