I was playing around with having the speaker beep, but never got it to work
well.  I just wasn't satisfied with a beep.

The other problem is, the only info I could find on how to beep the speaker
allowed you to specify the tone and duration, and start the beep.  No way to
specify a cadence, or cancel an in-progress beep when you answer the phone.

The linux Beep(int freq, int dur) is in there, and you could put a call to
it in the Ringer::Start to call Beep(), but again, I don't know how you'd
stop it when you answer.

So, it's in the config, I even think that it's saving your preference.  It's
just not implemented in the code.
