[Iaxclient-devel] libiax2 changes from Bill Doll now in CVS

He's sent me a patch which does the following:

1) Adds Attended Transfer primitives.  (anyone interested in seeing this 
in iaxclient can add this stuff to our layer)

2) Some MSVC portability changes.  (zero-length array stuff, I think 
this fix is clean, and will also work on non-Intel architectures)

3) Some IAX protocol fixes (minor stuff, it seems, but may fix problems, 
small leaks, etc).
