Does anyone have a list of the steps involved in getting iaxclient to
build on Windows (or maybe a list of prerequisites)?  I have been
working on it for the last couple of days and I can get libiaxclient.a
to build using make in cygwin, but then I can't seem to do anything
with it.  I am trying to build an IAX ActiveX client.  If anyone can
point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
