Now this is bizarre.  I _believe_ that your changes _have_ fixed the issue.
However, I did my testing using a combination of clients, including Firefly.
The issue, which never occurred firefly-to-firefly, DOES occur
Firefly-to-IAX Phone, which is how I was testing.

On a whim I changed my testing configuration to call IAX Phone-to-IAX Phone
and using that setup, the calls never drop the audio.  Somehow the bug must
still be in Adam's version of libiax2, but not surface when calling
FF-to-FF.

Does this indicate that there is still a bug in iaxClient since it does not
interact properly with Firefly (which interacts properly with itself)?

Steve K., thank you very much.  This has been a big stumbling block for me
and you have given me what I needed to move forward.  1,000,000,000 points
and a bucket of bits to you!
