[Iaxclient-devel] iaxcomm not receiving

Hi all,
I grabbed the latest iaxcomm release from the site for a WinXP box.  I bring 
the zip down, it unzips fine. I run it into the registration information and 
can place outgoing calls.  I can see where it registers on my asterisk 
server; however when I try to receive incoming calls to the client the calls 
go straight to my busy voicemail greeting.  They seem to skip right over 
priority 1 and priority 2 in the extensions.conf file and go straight to 
priority 102.  Anybody have any idea what might be causing this and how I 
might correct it?  Thanks in advance for any assistance or suggestions.
