[Iaxclient-devel] compiling IAXCLIENT under WIN32

I am in a battle trying to compile iaxclient for Windows using Microsoft
VC++.   May be I have the wrong souce.
can any body point me in the right direction please.
I have an old Borland C++ Builder5.  If that is a better way to go please
let me know.
