Hi,

some questions
 - on which os should it run - only windows ?
 - should it be based on dot net, java, or use standard windows gui
controls, use qt gui controls,  or whatever...)
 - which extra functionality ? should the user have a phonebook, should it
support more than 1 line, should the user be able to choose codecs, audio
device, ...
