Yes, I've found and started to read it..
But before I searching around if there is some code that I can use
without reinvent the wheel!

I know, but I would make my server able to talk with asterisk (and
becoming an asterisk client) and working stand alone like a server for
my clients.
So I can take suggestions (and code) from that.
