[Iaxclient-devel] The cam is not attached during Iaxclient start then it's impossible to attach it later. but Video devices got nothing?

Hi all,
  The problem can reproduced by follow steps,
  1. start Iaxclient without any video capture device.
  2. plug in video capture device,
  3. call 'iaxc_video_devices_get(...)',can't get the video device we
pluged in just now.
 The method 'iaxc_video_devices_get(...)' can't get any devices after
'IAXC_EVENT_VIDCAP_DEVICE' event ocurrs,my OS is Windows XP.
