#33 iaxclient problem compiling in windows 2003

Dear Friends,
I tried to compile the iaxclient in visual c++ 6.0 in windows 2003. But when i add the iaxclient.lib in my project and and call any function the MFC program crashes. and when i run in debug mode i see the following log.

DR: LdrpWalkImportDescriptor() failed to probe D:\TEST\IaxTest\libiaxclient.dll for its manifest, ntstatus 0xc0150002

Please help me in this matter.
