#32 iax client doesn't work on windows 2000

Dear friends,
I have build the iaxclient in visual studio.net 2005 and
write a wrapper class to run with the lib in visual c++ 6. The soft dialer works fine in windows xp but it crashes in windows 2000 and windows 2003. Can you help me
why this happens? I think may be there is some problem with the library build. Please help me.
