#4 Problem Uploading a Paper... (Commence 1.3c)

Hi,

When I upload Paper using the above system it gives me an error:

Prolem Uploading...
Unable to process your request due to the following problems:
Could not Insert the Paper into the Paper Table
Could not execute add_paper.

My Server settings are fine in my point of view:
PHP.INI
-------
post_max_size = 50M
upload_max_filesize = 40M

My.Cnf
-------
max allowed packet = 1,048,576

Could u plz help me solve this issue.... I hv done POST in HELP section but no reponse yet... i m using this system for our Conference International Symposium on Advanced Materials 2009... It is on go stage...
