I arm iAlertu with a password, and now I'm trying to disarm but it do not
accept my password either my remote. I dont know what can I do

    My macBookPro is out of service. I put my passwor and iAlert doesnt accep, I put remote and it doesnt accept also.

    First off, did you pair your remote to the mac previously? If so, then are you pressing and holding the "menu" button to arm/disarm using the remote. The remote is a pretty reliable way to arm/disarm, and I've found that it works everytime, but you have to have it paired properly with the Mac first.

    Do you have the mac configured to request you to login after a sleep? If so, then try entering your normal login password and pressing enter, in case the login window is there and waiting behind the ialertu lock screen.
