Hi. I have only used iAlertU once before.
Today I opened the App, changed the password, armed the App, and am now unable to disarm using the password.
I am not sure whether it is me incorrectly entering the password, or if there is another problem.
Should I just type my password into the blank screen, or when the alarm sounds?! I'm really unsure what to do.
Please help me ASAP, as this is my work Mac!

You just enter the password into the blank screen.
