#14 Cleaned up German Localization.strings

The file was, in opposite to all other localization files, UTF-16 big endian.
I changed it to little endian and cleaned it up, because there has been 244 times "0xFEFF" in the beginning of the file.
There's supposed to be one to signalize UTF16's endianess.
With the additional change to little endian the one left changed to "0xFFFE".

    Thanks for this. XCode 3.2 didn't highlight the problem but XCode 4 was giving me a warning. Your patch fixed that nicely.
