With the extended importer it is now possible, to specify files, that should not be linked, but copied to the offline cache. So these files are accessible without mounting the media.

added IAFS-manager. This shellscript works with dialog and for so is usable in ssh-sessions.

IAFS-manager is the installer for iafs, as well as import- and cache-manager. It is intended to be executed as normal user, all superuser tasks are wrapped by sudo calls.

IAFS-manager is localizable. Currently english and german are provided.

I completed my open issue list and tested IAFS in KDE and VDR environments.
With the proxy my security requirements are fulfulled and notification works well, so if no errors will come up, this release will become final next days.

fixed identifying of iafs in mount tables
added simple mount-helper so mounting from fstab works.
That simple mount-helper is not ready yet for option parsing, so that will be one of the next targets.

I made some mistakes on cleanup before upload - so I apologize all annoyance with 0.0.1

With 0.0.2 I worked out multithreading and fixed several bugs. Stil not working from fstab, but that will be the next target.
