#5 Sucking some cycles when last.fm is enabled

Steps:

- Launch iCandy
- Enable last.fm submissions
- Check task manager

Results:
--------
iCandy will steal a small amount of cpu cycles for the 1st 1/2 of the song while waiting to submit to last.fm.

Expected:
---------
Hook into timer already being used for the slider, it doesn't suck cycles.
