#3 last.fm settings do not update until iCandy is restarted.

Steps:

- Launch iCandy
- Right click on systray icon
- Click "Settings"
- Enter or change the last.fm user and password
- Play some tracks in iTunes
- Check last.fm page for the user settings entered

Results:
--------
Songs were not submitted for that user, they were either not submitted if there was previously no info or if there was user info the tracks were submitted for the old user.

Expected:
---------
New settings should have been used.
