#16 "Staminal" implementation

The Staminal mechanism, here -> http://lobotomy.sourceforge.net/docs/Mixing_Types-v0.1.html described, have to be implemented. It would be a good idea to parse files as soon as they are created on the filesystem, so to have a universal format (to define, perhaps XML) traslable in other formats.
A plugins mechanism is needed, so to be able to explode and re-build different types of files
