#10 Edit area goes blank with large content.

The software seems to have a problem rendering large
amounts of content in all browsers -- or, at least, the
problem occurs in IE and is
repeatable in Firefox 1.0pre and Mozilla 1.7. Upon
loading the page, it
looks for a split second like everything is fine, but
then the editor's
content disappears, and when one tries to view source
there is only a
<br> html tag.

I have set up a demonstration of this at
http://clients.z57.com/test_htarea/ . It may very well
work perfectly
the first time viewed -- there is some intermittance --
but try
reloading (and shift-reloading to refresh the script) a
time or two and
the problem will manifest itself.
