Hyperschema has been converted from C to Python.

New version 2.1 corrects minor bug where table primary key is also a foreign key.

Enhancements, bug fixes, new examples, updated README documentation and instructions.

Initial CVS entry made for PL/SQL & C code, as
well as example input and web site output files.
