#88 Nonresponsive create work record popup when clicking and dragging item in tree

I haven't tried to recreate the bug because it's a pain the ass to trigger the situation in which it occurs, so I'm not sure if this actually happens, or if it happens all the time, but:

I was clicking and dragging an item in the Tree view (to move it from one parent to another). While I was doing this, an in-progress download finished. I was downloading the file to the "Works Not Yet Entered" folder. So, when the download finished, Hypernomicon popped up the "Create New Work Record" dialogue (and correctly populated it, for what it's worth). But I couldn't interact with that dialogue via clicking or via hitting enter or anything. It was nonresponsive. I could exit out of it with Esc which brought me back to the tree view.

This bug basically doesn't matter because it's very uncommon for something to get added to the "Works Not Yet Entered" folder while the user is doing something else. But I figured I might as well report it, because why not.

Thanks as always for taking the time to report this. I reproduced it pretty easily by copying a file to the works not entered folder on a separate computer while dragging on the first computer. Fix has been committed to GitHub:

The fix simply prevents the popup from showing if the user is dragging something. It will be included in the next version.
