#45 Argument Name Suggestions Use All Author Names from Work

Current behavior: when creating an argument, when the argument has an associated work with multiple authors, and when "Include author's name in name of argument" is checked, the name suggestions for the argument use only the first author's name.

Desired behavior: when creating an argument in the circumstances above, use all author's names.

Similar to ticket 43, it would be good to allow the user to define their own rules for this. I would choose:

• One author: "Smith's argument that..."
• Two authors: "Smith and Jones's argument that..."
• Three+ authors: "Smith et al's argument that..."

And I can imagine other users wanting different rules.

This feature will be included in the next release after 1.26. There will be a new page in the Settings window for argument naming settings.
