#13 Add Displayers to Layout Editor

Right now, the "Displayers" feature is always at the top of an entry. If it were in the "Edit layout" pane, this would let me move it around in the entry (like for instance putting at the bottom). Maybe it should also allow for deleting it entirely, I dunno.
