Here is my conflict: we speak spanish here in Bolivia, so read, research, think, write, produce en español.
Naah. That is one half of it.
The other half is english, obviously, so many amazing papers and articles... so I study both ways at a atime, no prob, la mia mamma talks to me in italiano still today, for 44 years and later I learnt 3 or 4 more useful languages.
But how could I make hypernomicon not to force me to choose one language or the other, and learn to help me study in spanish AND english in the same DB.
Of course there is the chance that I am talking nonsense. That happens.

There is no "official" way to make Hypernomicon operate in multiple languages with the same database, but I have a few suggestions. There is a feature not yet discussed in the tutorial videos whereby you can "link" a term record to a debate, position, or note record (by clicking the large "LInk to Term" hyperlink). From then on, the term record and the other record's descriptions will be synchronized, but the records can have different names as well as different search keys. For the term record, you could have its record name be in Spanish, while the other record's name is in English. By clicking "Go to Term" it will take you to the Spanish version of the word.
Another idea is to use multiple glossaries for a single term. One glossary could be "English", and the other "Spanish". You create a new glossary record in the Tree tab by right-clicking the General glossary record. Once the new glossaries are created, you can add a new definition for a term corresponding to a different glossary by adding it to the "Glossaries" list in the Terms tab. A new sub tab will appear where you can add the corresponding definition. So terms will have a definition you write in English, and one you write in Spanish. It would probably be best to use both the English and Spanish versions in the Search Key field as well.
