Welcome to the project page, everyone. I am in no way associated with Elon Musk or Tesla, but I very much want to see this project succeed, and to see people promote the concepts and further the designs of this ambitious project using a collaborative process. I therefore set up this site so people can start work in earnest on this topic. I have little experience with Sourceforge, but I do have experience in version control and system design and engineering in an IT / programming capacity (typically I work in company-provided source control pages or tools).
