[hlx] Hyperlatex -> Html links

Hello,
i have a problem with generating html links. By "klicking" a link on a title page a next html page should be opened. 
Can anybody give me a hint or help?
I'm afraid i wasn't able to find a solution in the hyperlatex manual...
