[hlx] Hyperlatex -> Generating html Links ?

Hello,
i have a problem with generating html links so that my title page will refer to a next html page when somebody "klicks" the Link.

Can anybode give me a hint or help? 
I was not able to find an answer in the Hyperlatex Manual...
