RE: [hlx] use of \input{file} in \htmladdress

Testing if my attachment shows up:

It turns out that if I comment out the line in the
last footnote that contains $\backslash$ then I get
footnotes but not as a separate html file. 

If I do not comment out that line I get the error I
indicated in my last post.

If I do not use \input{file} in \htmladdress
everything works fine.

As an aside on my emacs illiteracy: I should become
literate because it is obviously a preferred
programming environment...
