I would go into that server and go to the inventory tab, go down to configuration properties, click on edit and click on OK. That will re-verify that it can contact your service or it will error out. I'd give this about 15% chance of working but it's all I'd be able to suggest. Outside of that I'd move on to removing the entire platform and servers from HQ and running setup.bat -full to do a full reinstall of the client and seeing if a clean install helped. We have a SANDBOX server here that anyone can do anything they want on. It's just a crappy old Celeron desktop and I know I get false errors and stuff when someone is working the server too hard for it to collect metrics, etc. Does the server run at high utilization regularly?
