Hi!

I am using Hyperic 3.0.1 and has setup server on fedora 5 and i am trying to monitor log files where my agent is installed i.e. on winows xp. 

I went in the configure Platform link in the tools menu of the platform and gaved the path of the file which i wanted to get the alert..

I have attached the images of the inventory and alert creation.
Initially I had created alert for monitering ANY "Event/log level", then i was successfully getting it.
Then i changed  the log level to ERROR.
But i m not getting any alerts now. 

For time being i have created my own log file which i want to moniter.
