Hi Mike,

The run command will execute the file as the agent user.

There is a bug with 3.0.2 in that the control page does not refresh properly, but if you reload that page, or click on the [HISTORY] sub tab you should get some details on what happened.

If all else fails, you can also check your agent log for any errors.
